Investment in Your Well-Being
At Empowered Wellness, we believe therapy is an investment in yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create. Our services are designed to provide personalized, thoughtful care in a comfortable and supportive environment.
Individual Therapy
$150 | 50–55 minute session
Individual sessions provide dedicated time to explore the concerns bringing you to therapy, develop meaningful goals, and create a personalized approach to support lasting change.
Sessions are available in person or virtually via telehealth.
Initial Evaluation
$185 | 60-minute session
Your initial session is an opportunity to establish a strong foundation for our work together. We’ll discuss your history, current concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. When appropriate and with your permission, we may also collaborate with other members of your support team, including physicians, schools, or family members.
Out-of-Network Insurance
At Empowered Wellness, we intentionally maintain a private-pay model with select insurance participation so we can prioritize personalized, high-quality care and a therapeutic experience tailored to each client. While we are not in-network with insurance, many plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits, which may allow you to receive reimbursement for a portion of your therapy investment. We are happy to provide a detailed superbill after each session for you to submit directly to your insurance company. Because benefits vary by plan, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to determine your specific out-of-network coverage.
We are happy to provide a detailed receipt (superbill) following payment that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed by Empowered Wellness.
Before beginning services, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask:
Does my plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my mental health deductible, and have I met it?
What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed after my deductible?
Is there a limit on the number of therapy sessions covered each year?
Do I need a referral or prior authorization for mental health services?
How do I submit a claim for out-of-network reimbursement?
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice when you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to the full session fee. This fee is not billable to insurance.
