Have you ever looked in the mirror and was unhappy with the way that you looked? Have you struggled with your relationship with food? Do you struggle with thoughts about food and you body? Do you have anxiety getting through your day?
If any of these describe you, I am here to help. I believe that your health and wellness come first. If you don't take care of yourself first, then who will? I will meet you where you are and be able to help them manage the stressors that they have face in everyday life.
I have been involved in helping people throughout my life. I believe that in order to help mental health you have to also work with the wellness aspect. I have a non traditional approach and we will work on nutrition and wellness as part of an integrative approach to mental health.
