We will combine exercise with psychotherapy. In addition to the traditional exercise that we may do, we will work on motivation, goal setting and empowerment with strengthening of your body
We will utilize "walk and talk" therapy as a way to get out of the office and be able to talk about what it is happening in life
Encourage each other to be more physically active in order to promote both mental and physical health
Discuss the importance of nutrition and be able to identify the links of what we put in our bodies and how we feel mentally
Allows clients to feel as if they are moving forward and ahead of issues that they may be facing in life
Encourage clients to tackle their challenges with power and efficiency
