• To understand your client body composition goals, current habit patterns, barriers, motivation goals, triggers and how to change your mindset
• You will receive individualized macro (protein, fat and carbohydrate) targets to follow each day 
  
• Goal planning  with items to work on each week

• Instructions on using MyFitnessPal App to track foods each day.
• Education on nutrient and the importance of food as fuel
• How to utilize food to feel better in everyday life
• Weekly check ins
• Follow up meetings as needed
• Adjustments to macros as needed
• Recommendations on tools and materials to help you stay on track with your goals.
• Information on how to maintain your new weight once you get there
• Access to your coach via email/text/phone ​

 

Online Coaching:
$100/month

• Recommendations on and access to reading/psychological materials/counseling to help you stay on track with your goals.
